General Terms and Conditions of Sale, effective from 01/02/2025.

Art. 1 Scope of application

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made by the Seller through the Site. {integratori}

1.2 Where the Site allows it, entering a tax code during purchase implies that the user acts as a Consumer pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph I, letter a) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206). A Consumer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, professional, or craft activity.

If, instead, a VAT number is entered (personal or of a legal entity), this implies a purchase as a “Professional” pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph I, letter c) of the Consumer Code. A Professional is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their business or professional activity. The implications will be described later in this document.

1.3 Terms are intended as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Images and descriptions on the Site are purely indicative. Product colors may differ due to device display settings.

1.4 The General Terms may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Users are invited to check the latest version before purchasing.

1.5 The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the order is submitted.

1.6 These Terms do not regulate sales by third parties linked on the Site. The Seller is not responsible for such services or products.

1.7 Users must carefully read these Terms and all information provided by the Seller.

1.8 The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income. No guarantee is given regarding absence of viruses or accuracy of information.

1.9 Orders cannot be placed via email or phone unless otherwise agreed.

1.10 All Site content belongs to the Seller or third parties and cannot be reproduced without authorization.

Art. 2 Purchases on the Site

2.1 Purchases must follow the indicated procedure. The contract is concluded when the order reaches the Seller’s server. Promotional free gifts may be offered under certain conditions.

Free gifts are non-replaceable, non-convertible to cash, and subject to availability. In case of returns, gifts must also be returned or their value deducted.

Gift cards can be purchased. They are sent via email, valid for the specified period, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. The Seller is not responsible for loss or misuse.

2.2 You must inform the Seller immediately in case of suspected misuse of your data.

2.3 You guarantee that provided information is accurate and indemnify the Seller from damages resulting from violations.

2.4 The Seller may refuse orders from users who violated these Terms.

2.5 Acceptance of these Terms is required to place orders.

2.6 The Seller is the sole contractual counterparty.

2.7 The Seller may operate under its commercial name (“We”).

2.8 The Site may not always be available due to updates.

2.9 After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

Art. 3 Product Availability

3.1 Products are limited and may become unavailable.

3.3 You will be informed if a product is unavailable and may cancel the order.

3.4 Refunds for unavailable products are issued within 7 days.

3.5 If the contract is terminated, the full amount will be refunded.

4.1 Prices are VAT-exempt.

4.2 RAEE fees are not applicable.

4.3 Prices may change but the charged price is that at checkout.

4.4 Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

4.5 Ownership transfers upon shipment.

4.6 The contract is conditional upon payment.

4.7 Pricing errors may be corrected, and orders canceled if necessary.

5.2 Payments by card are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).

Art. 7 Right of Withdrawal

Customized products are excluded from withdrawal rights.

7.3 Withdrawal period: 14 days from delivery.

7.4 Withdrawal must be communicated to the Seller.
